Your Directors

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Saturday 21st March, we would like to advise you that effective Wednesday 25 March our offices will move to mandatory remote working, with only a skeleton work force in the office. We will work from home for the next fortnight after which this will be reviewed. This action is to safeguard our people, our clients and our communities. Reducing the number of people in our offices reduces the risk for everyone.
In all other respects, we remain open for business. We want to reassure you that we are fully supporting our people and the firm is well set-up for remote working with robust systems and capacity. Whether our lawyers and legal executives are working from the office or from home, you can be assured of our commitment to providing continuing service and that we stand ready to support your legal needs.
What we have implemented
Our directors have been meeting regularly to discuss how we can best protect our people, clients and community, whilst continuing to deliver excellent service and support to our clients
We have been contacting our suppliers to understand their business continuity plans to ensure they are still able to service our needs effectively
Access to our offices has been restricted and we have a managed procedure for our skeleton work force to work from the office
Our people have received additional practical and technical guidance about how to work from home, how to maintain confidentiality and where to direct queries
Whilst we cannot meet our clients face-to-face except in some restricted circumstances, we will be available for your requirements and will maintain contact by email and phone (and if required Skype or Zoom)
We know all of New Zealand and you are working through similar challenges to ours and we thank you for your ongoing support through these uncertain times.

Please continue to contact us using our office phone number 757 3944 which will then be diverted to the person you wish to speak with.  Alternatively contact us by email and we can phone you back.

Kind regards / Nga mihi,
